User Agreement for mpo807 Gaming Platform Services

By accessing, registering, or using the mpo807 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and mpo807 (the "Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
To register an Account and use mpo807 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo807 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be forfeited.
Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. By using mpo807, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, and you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with local regulations. mpo807 operates under international gaming licenses and is accessible from offshore jurisdictions.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You are not acting under duress, undue influence, or impairment that affects your decision-making ability. You are using your own funds and are not gambling with borrowed money or funds belonging to others.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with mpo807. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of bonuses, and potential forfeiture of balances.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account.
mpo807 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify Player identity and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identification documents including but not limited to:
Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You must immediately notify mpo807 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (if available) and using strong, unique passwords. mpo807 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
mpo807 accepts deposits via Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Account holder's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the Platform. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). VIP tier members may enjoy expedited processing. You must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal eligibility is granted. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
mpo807 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that appear suspicious or exceed certain thresholds. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of verification procedures. Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by mpo807 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the Platform. Standard wagering requirements apply to bonus funds before they can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
mpo807 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage betting, and exploiting technical errors. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited, winnings voided, and Accounts permanently closed.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, mpo807's interpretation shall be final and binding.
All Players must engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game. The use of bots, automated betting software, collusion with other Players, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Games offered on mpo807 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness.
In the event of technical malfunctions, errors, or disruptions that affect game outcomes, mpo807 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Player balances to their pre-bet state. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform uptime but are not liable for losses resulting from technical downtime beyond our control.
For sports betting, bets are settled based on official results provided by our data providers. In the event of disputes, the decision of our betting operations team is final. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific settlement rules apply as published in our sports betting rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo807 Platform:
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to Platform integrity or other Players. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation. If investigation confirms misconduct, funds may be permanently forfeited.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wager) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to dormant accounts with balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are charged.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpo807 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of mpo807 services shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of mpo807 services, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, you may escalate the matter to our management team by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo807 is licensed, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.
mpo807 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform announcement. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. mpo807 may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and mpo807 regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
